About Dr Lott Headshot
Dr. David Lott

Dr. Lott is a board-certified and licensed physician who has been treating patients with addiction and other mental health problems for 15 years.

He previously served as the Medical Director of Addiction Services at Linden Oaks Hospital at Edward-Elmhurst Healthcare in Naperville, IL and is a faculty member at the University of Illinois College of Medicine (Chicago campus) and is Past President of the Illinois Society of Addiction Medicine. 

He advocates for improved research, treatment access, and community education.

Sarah Masri, PA-C

Sarah's practice includes management of depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and many other conditions in both adults and adolescents. She also has specific interests in the psychiatric management of women during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Sarah is a recipient of NCCPA’s Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Psychiatry. Sarah received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in 2013.

Suzette Papadakis, LCPC, NCC, CGT

Suzette has worked since 1996 in the mental health and substance abuse service industry, providing mental health care to individuals, couples and families. She has worked with a wide range of issues such as addiction and recovery, affairs, domestic violence, trauma, and parenting issues. She is a Certified Gottman Therapist and has an expertise in treating couples with addiction issues. 

Suzette holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She also holds a Master's Degree in Human Services Counseling, graduating Magna Cum Laude from National-Louis University in Wheaton, Illinois.

Brian Sautter, PA-C

Brian is a Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistance (NCCPA).

Brian graduated summa cumlaude from the University of Illinois Chicago in engineering. He was involved in medial research at UIC and the recipient of a National Science Foundation undergraduate research fellowship.  He completed his pre-medicine education at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and later obtained his Masters in PA studies from Trine University.

About Judith Sheldon Headshot
Judith Sheldon, PMHNP

Judith Sheldon is a board certified and licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 25 years of experience providing exceptional, compassionate, and evidence-based care to her patients.
 
She obtained her Associates of Science degree in nursing in 1992 from Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, IL. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2001 and her Master of Science degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013 from Olivet Nazarene University, and later received certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from University of St. Francis.

Michelle Roush, PA-C

Michelle is a board-certified Physician Assistant and a recipient of NCCPA’s Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Psychiatry. 

 

She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rush University.  She has broad experience in psychiatry including outpatient treatment, residential treatment, and emergency room and inpatient consultations.  As a PA, she has also continued her interest in teaching by supervising numerous other PA students in recent years.

Robert Hung, MD, MPH

Dr. Hung is a board-certified psychiatrist with over a decade of practice experience. He completed medical school at Oregon Health Sciences University and residencies in psychiatry and internal medicine at Rush University Medical Center.

 

Dr. Hung follows the biopsychosocial model of care, believing that our physical health, social experiences, and living environment impact our psychological and emotional well-being.
