Robert Hung, MD, MPH
Dr. Hung is a board-certified psychiatrist with many years of experience. An honors graduate of Stanford University, he completed both an MD and MPH degrees at Oregon Health Sciences University in 2003 and combined residencies in psychiatry and internal medicine at Rush University Medical Center in 2008. After completing a pulmonary fellowship in 2010, he became the medical director of the pulmonary rehabilitation program at Sanford Health from 2010-2015. More recently, he was the medical director of the behavioral medicine unit at Edward Hospital-Endeavor Health from 2015-2024. Dr. Hung follows the biopsychosocial model of care, believing that our physical health, social experiences, and living environment impact our psychological and emotional well-being. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and Association of Medicine and Psychiatry (AMP). He is committed to treating the whole person and maintains a strong interest in the interactions between mental and physical health.
